Custom Shipping

WildOutback has designed custom made shipping boxes and custom polyethylene foam box inserts to ensure the best protection of the fine art pictures during shipping.  The boxes are made of heavy weight cardboard, combined with the polystyrene foam inserts, that keep the mounted prints suspended inside the box, preventing any damage to the art Print during shipment. The tray style boxes have a top lid for easy picture removal, and offers the best shipping protection.  Orders that are just Prints by themselves are shipped in double thick walled 4-inch diameter Tube that are very strong and durable.

Orders that consist of mounted and framed art Prints are Boxed, are only shipped to the lower 48 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.  Orders consisting of Prints only are shipped in Tubes to all 50 states in the United States, and 30 selected Countries including the following:  Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Sweden, Norway, Finland, Brazil, India, Singapore, Israel, Iceland, Greece, Puerto Rico, Jamaica.

All orders are shipped Fedex, standard ground, with insurance and tracking.  As discussed below, in Production Schedule, once an Order is produced, it will be ready for shipment and the customer notified with a tracking number.  Orders can be shipped to residential and commercial addresses, but not P.O. Boxes.  Any questions contact us here. International orders can only ship the Print only, placed in a heavy duty shipping tube. 

Production Schedule:

All Orders are custom made Fine art photographs, whether unmounted or framed, produced per the choices of the customer.  The Prints are newly produced upon an order to the size and type of photo paper selected.  Prints only will take 2-4 days to process for shipment.  All Mounted Prints, depending on type of mounting or framing, will be processed 7-10 days before shipment.  Faster processing can be completed on order by order basis upon contacting us.
